Robert was a casual acquaintance from Scotland I had known for many years who often sat in spiritual and development groups. He was an unusual fellow because, besides looking like a tiny gnome with small features and very thick glasses, he never had much to say unless it interested him. He, like many of us on the path of spiritual discovery, had an avid interest in the spirit world and anything to do with interesting phenomena. Anytime the group, discussed haunting, spirit phenomena or paranormal activities, Robert’s eyes would light up like two large shining saucers He would drop his rather reserved persona and become incredibly animated, talking endlessly about his interests in great detail. UFO’s were by far his favorite subject. When anyone ever mentioned anything to do with sightings of spacecraft she would begin lecturing with great authority about all his own theories and ideologies on the subject. In his spare time, he was always sending his evidence of photographs of UFOs and strange phenomena to magazines. He had dozens of these photos, all packed nicely in his little black briefcase and he was always showing his rather large collection to anyone who showed even the slightest interest.

One night, he came across to where I was sitting with some friends and asked me about my work as a medium and spiritual healer. We talked for a little bit about the spirit realm and he opened up, revealing that he too had sensed things and seen spirits. He hadn’t, he revealed, always been a loner. In fact before his wife Betty had died from Cancer he had worked with her as a journalist writing articles about the afterlife and spiritual phenomena.

Once she passed away though, he stopped bothering about other company, as his wife was always with him in spirit and he often talked to her at different times about a multitude of things.

At first when he spoke of Betty, Robert was full of merriment and laughter, she was, he said, his soul mate and even now she helped him with his photos and documenting his UFO sightings. But the more he talked about her the sadder and more sentimental he became. His eyes filled with tears, which he wiped away briskly, announcing they were simply tears of joy, not sadness.

“You know,” he said. “I have never stopped loving Betty since the day we met at University. She died in my arms you know. She was very sick.”

When she went I wanted to die as well, but it wasn’t my time, so Betty and me, we made a pact, to stay together, that she’d stay with me here, watching over me, until it was my time to pass.”

“And she kept her promise?” I asked gently.

“Oh yes,” Robert replied, wiping his eyes once again. Then he smiled “As bossy and stubborn headed as she was in life, very quick to tell me what to do, she was.”

We both laughed and then his smile saddened a little. “I still miss her though, having her here the way she was, even though I know she is still around, I still feel the grief. It took me a long time to get over not having her with me like she used to be.”

I nodded. I understood what he meant.

“But after a while it got better, I missed her less. I moved out of our house and lived by the sea. And I noticed, as I felt less and less sad she started to come to see me less often. Now she hardly ever visits me at all.”

He still dreamt of her though and in his dreams she told him that she loved him very dearly and wanted him to know that she was ok but was just ‘off doing her own thing’ in the vast consciousness of the spirit world.

“The funny thing is,” He said, “In the last few days she’s looked different, more radiant, years younger, just like when we first met.”

She had told him that there were many people with her, in the spirit world and for him not to worry. When he awoke from these dreams in the morning he would often find himself crying but he also felt relieved and less anxious.

“I think these dreams where her way of saying goodbye to me. She knew before I did that holding onto her wasn’t helping me live this life. She is letting me go and get on with living.”

Betty, even in death, was giving Robert the one thing truly needed in his life, pure unconditional love. With her love, he was able to fill the empty void from deep within and once again be able to feel happy and content with his own life. He was able to accepted his destiny and let her go, to live his life without her until it was his time.

Captivated by his beautiful story and wanting to know more, I asked Robert what his idea of the spirit world was.

“A vast enormous, undiscovered consciousness of many different shapes, squiggles and vivid colors.” He replied. “A beautiful paradise of nature, mountains and valleys with thousands of colorful flowers. No wars, conflicts or darkness, but a space filled with overwhelming unconditional love.”

“Sounds beautiful.” I said,

“It is, but it’s also like a recycling factory where, with a new spiritual contract, you could get a new body once you died, reincarnate and come back again to earth or anywhere else in the universe, if you chose to. “

Robert had gained these insights through working with his own spiritual guide so he knew his Betty was being looked after and ok.

He then went on and told me about another dream he had. He was a big believer in past lives and this dream felt so real he was sure it was telling him of a life he had experienced before.

“I was in what looked like a sacred and ancient Indian campsite, next to a beautiful river with free running water. Everything around me seemed so uncannily familiar. I began to slowly look around and take everything in and I saw many wild horses, of all different colors, running around freely in front of me, without a care in the world. There were beautiful, snow peaked, untouched mountains behind them, rising into a faultless sky.”

Tears sprang to his eyes. “This place, it was so full of great beauty and overwhelming love. I felt like I was coming home.”

Robert had always felt a great love of nature from a very early age, and a connection to people from indigenous cultures so this dream meant a lot to him.

After a while, while flying around in his dream, he began to see someone familiar in this special place, a young Indian woman. He approached her and looked deeply into her eyes and saw it was his own beloved Betty.

Robert’s story had a big impact on me and we became good friends, often talking through our experiences of past lives and spiritual phenomena. He was also interested in my spiritual classes and was keen to come and sit in my closed circles.

These circles are an integral part of my spiritual growth, because as a teacher and a spiritual medium, I am continually learning myself and going to new levels. Robert soon joined this group and once he relaxed he learnt to bring through his own spiritual guides.

One of these guides was a friendly loving star guide called Tajo. When Tajo spoke through Robert, we found him to be an intelligent, intergalactic being, very loving and extremely funny because of the deadpan way he spoke. He went on to tell us that he had lived on star ships that travelled all over the star systems and other galaxies. It was no wonder Robert had such an incredible interest in UFO’s as his main guide had lived on many planets in many of his life times.

I was pleased to learn this, as I have channeled a star guide for years that I very fondly call three of one. Each time Robert channeled his guide through his body there would be a tremendous shift and exchange of incredible energy within the group as it was so healing.

Tajo would then, through Robert, tell the group in great detail, about his life on other planets and how his own planet had been destroyed for many hundreds of years. Tajo’s ancestors, we soon learnt were a peaceful species, called ‘The Explorer Race’. These were star beings that went to other planets, galaxies and places for scientific and peaceful missions. Tajo went on to say that these missions were fundamental for their own race but did not specify why. It made me think of our own early explorers and pioneers in our earlier centuries here on earth. We were all very honored to have this amazing light being in our group and everyone welcomed him, which I am sure helped Robert as well, because he also felt welcomed.

When Robert wasn’t working he would simply take off and travel all over the world so he could learn more about his own spiritual purpose, here on earth, often attending seminars, spirit conventions and going to all types of native places, like the Amazon.

One of his favorite places, for healing was hidden in the mountains Brazil, where he would go and visit the great healer John of God. If time allowed it he would try and treat himself to a trip once a year as he suffered from many genetic problems within his body, besides having a hip and leg problem leg as well. When I asked him why he did this he just said he was always hopeful to find a cure for anything that ailed him when conventional medicine could not help him.

It was strange how he suffered from these ailments, especially the painful lymphomas, called Dercum’s disease, which were painful fatty benign lumps that just formed under his skin. He had over fifty removed through plastic surgery and was just glad they never grew on his face. When I asked him why he thought he had such a condition, he laughed, “I’m probably an alien or a Hybrid myself and am not compatible with the Earth’s energy.”

This of course was a real joke to him, but I have to admit at times he was definitely strange and I often wondered if he was from another world.

The lymphomas were worrying but he said his guide told him he would never get cancer like his ex-wife Betty and other poor souls we knew. I was glad for hem because cancer is a tough spiritual contract to choose. “Is there anything the Doctor’s can do?” I asked him one day.

He just shrugged and shook his head. “Not really. It’s an idiopathic disease, I just have to live with my lot and be ‘a lumpy old man’.

Cancer has touched me, personally and Robert’s belief that his spirit guide could accurately advise him about his lymphomas was completely believable to me as I had experienced my own conversations about health with my star guide, ‘Three of one’ who was able to give me symbols to help me in my own healings. As I was already trained in Reiki and spiritual healing, in my early years, I found these symbols to be very beneficial as I understood their simple energy and resonated with them automatically.

I once used one of the symbols (the cancer symbol the star guide had given me years earlier) on my own father who had terminal cancer of the brain at the time. After a long 18-hour operation, the team of doctors that worked on him finally decided to just close him up said there was nothing more they could do for him. When they wheeled him out to the intensive care they said that he was lucky if he could survive for just a few months.

When my mother was given the prognosis, she insisted that I give him healing as soon as he came out of the recovery room. I told her I would do my best, but if it was God’s will and that he should die, it was not my responsibility and was totally out of my hands. All I could do was do my best and just put the symbols my guide Three of one had given me for cancer.

As soon as he was wheeled out into recovery I was allowed to go in and place the symbol into his crown chakra, (which was the energy point above his head). Luckily for me, my daughter Kaya was by my side and together we both worked on him. After we gave him the healing, my father opened his eyes, looked up at us and smiled so I saw this as a sign that it would go well. In fact, he was able to live on for many years without any problems or signs of the brain cancer and malignancy returning.

Ever since I can remember I have always had a pet. Our beloved pets, like our children, are innocent and must always be protected from harm’s way. They are here as simple companions, are part of our family and, more importantly, also teach us about unconditional love.

On a personnel level I have always loved cats, and have had the pleasure of owning one ever since I can remember. As a child, whenever I saw spirits walking around in the house I noticed my cat would also see the same thing. Often it would hiss or just stare in the direction of where I thought the spirit was in the room. Many of us have experienced the same thing and I have heard many people remark over the years how they think their dog or cat is psychic. Many years ago, I used to sit in a group called the angel service. A gentle man called Peter ran the small group. Each week we would talk about angels, healing, and meditate. The people who went were all very spiritual and I got to meet many like-minded people. I also got to meet Peter’s dog and one-eyed cat that constantly wandered in and out of the hall whenever we had our meetings. Without a doubt they were attracted to the calming, healing energy, which presented itself in the room whenever we gathered. One of my cats, Charlie, a yellow Burmese, would always meow constantly whenever I did healings in my office in the back of my old home. As soon as I finally opened the door to my healing room, he would run in as fast as his legs would carry him, jump on the client and proceed to give whoever was laying on the table a little healing massage with his paws. Luckily, I had some lovely understanding clients in those days that didn’t mind. They just thought it was hysterical when they saw how determined he was to get in the room.

One day after the angel service, Peter took me aside and asked me if I would have a look at his dog Penny. She was an elderly Alsatian, which had developed a rather large tumor in her abdominal region and was due to have an operation in the next couple of days. The whole family was beside themselves with worry, as the dog had been part of the family for many years. Laying the dog down on a blanket, I gently placed my hands on her stomach and psychically tuned into her cells and energy.

After about 20 minutes, I lifted my hands off the dog’s stomach, closed down my energy and turned to Peter who was sitting patiently beside me.

“Peter, are you and your family going overseas soon?” I asked rather quietly. “Why yes,” he replied, with an odd look on his face.

“What has that got to do with the tumor?” he asked, perplexed by my question.

“What I am actually getting is that you have all been talking to each other about your trip and the dog has been listening. She is scared she will be left behind with nobody to look after her and does not understand what is going on. You need to reassure her you are coming back and she will be well looked after. “Her tumor is benign, and not cancerous, but I feel she has grown it for attention as she is terrified she is no longer wanted. As far as she is concerned, she is going to be abandoned. Haven’t you realized that every time you talk about your family trip, she hears everything you say? I think you have to learn to spell,” I laughed.

“That is totally unbelievable,” laughed Peter, relieved that his dog was not going to die. “Who would ever have thought that? We’re not going to leave you Penny! We have a lovely lady coming in who is going to spoil you to death and take you for long walks till we get back, OK?”

After the operation Peter rang and thanked me for my advice.

“You were right, the tumor was benign and the dog is going to be fine. And, by the way, we tell Penny every day what is going on so she will no longer fret and she seems a lot happier.”

Working as a medium in private sittings and stage work I often will see an animal or bird fly or run across the room or be sitting quietly next to someone in the audience. I have seen dogs, cats, birds and horses that have all crossed over to spirit and have been asked more than once by clients if I could find out how their beloved pet is going and if they can give me some confirmation that their pet is now safe. This is easily done as like our loved ones in spirit they are connected to our love for all eternity.

When you look back on your life, it is often a kaleidoscope of colorful and fond memories of interesting situations and people you met along the way. My friend Tarawas part of this collection of beautiful and interestingfriends I have had in my life’s journey. We first met years ago at a performance art school, when I was interviewing potential women for a rock band I was trying to put together for a music project at the time. The band didn’t last long and we all went our separate ways but Tara had a huge impact on me during my younger years and I often thought of her as some kind of creative angel who had descended upon me at a very lonely time in my life.

Many years later, Tara rang me up out of the blue. She happened to be in town at the time, visiting family with her musician husband, Johnny. It was great to hear from her again, but when I questioned her about her situation, she said her life had been a roller coaster of emotion as all the men she had serious relationships with had ended up passing away prematurely, and now her current husband, Johnny, was also terminally ill. “Maybe it’s my spiritual contract to work with people who are coming to the end of their lives. “ She said wryly. “Just call me The Sexy Black Widow.”Her husband, Johnny was from the deep south of America; he was well over six feet tall, towering over the tiny Tara. To add to his cowboy appeal he wore a cowboy hat on his head and had an enormous grin on his face, with big white teeth that never stopped smiling. When he spoke, he had a loud, booming voice but was very laid back, extremely well mannered and very funny. His infectious, loving personality made us all instantly relax and I could see why she loved him. Within no time we were all chatting and laughing away like really old friends, with Johnny scolding Tara repeatedly about not introducing us years before. “How could I,” Tara protested. “We were always travelling with your band!”

Everyone loved Johnny, but it was clear that his cancer was taking its toll. After a while he began to open up about how the illness was affecting him. “It’s giving me the shits, to be frank with y’all.” He told us matter-of-factly one evening after dinner. “I know I haven’t got long to go, so we came to Sydney to make the most of what time I have left. I really want to see your Bondi Beach and maybe catch a few of your rock bands here. Tara tells me they are terrific.” “You should have heard Kerrie, she was really good.” Tara replied, trying to lighten the mood a little. I shook my head, deflecting the compliment and then Johnny turned to me and gave me a serious look.

“Tara says you are a healer and speak to the spirit world. Would you be able to do that for me?”

I nodded and leaving Tara chain smoking on my verandah, I took Johnny into my healing room. I covered him gently with a warm blanket and explained that I would help in the very best way possible by giving him spirit energy, through my hands that would go into all the cells in his body. The healing spirit energy, from the source of love, would sooth him and later helped him with the transition on his journey into the spirit world.  As I gave him the healing he wept softly, telling me how much he loved Tara and how unfair it all seemed.

“We’ve had so little time, you know.” He said, weeping.

I let his emotions release and as the healing light began to soothe him his tears stopped and he looked at me in wonder. He could feel the presence of his mother and father, both passed, there in the room with him. Able to fully relax he soon fell asleep, exhausted, and happy and content to just let the healing energy do its thing. To me it felt that he was just relieved that both his parents were with him now in spirit and that he was not alone. His transition would be easier now when it was his time to cross over at his own untimely death.  As soon as I had I finished the healing, he opened his eyes and thanked me again.

“I never thought I would feel my parents again, but they were really here. I know I’m not going to do this on my own.” Suddenly he looked up at me and grasped my hand. “You’ll look after Tara, when I go, make sure she’s all right?” He asked, his concern for his wife evident in the emotion of his voice. “Of course,” I promised and Johnny relaxed and got up from the table looking better than I had seen him since his arrival with Tara. Unfortunately though, I had the distinct feeling that the next time I would talk to him would be when he was in the spirit world.

Not long after, as predicted, Tara sadly rang me from Darwin, where they had been living, and told me Johnny had passed and that they had already had the funeral. She seemed ok when we spoke but said she felt drained, as she was exhausted from all the well-wishers and fans that kept trying to contact her all the time. As we spoke I felt Johnny’s energy and within seconds I began to hear Johnny’s American twang again, talking very clearly in my ear. He wanted Tara to know how grateful he was for all she had done for him and compliment her on a beautiful funeral.

Johnny also mentioned the beautiful poem Tara had written herself and had read out that day to the congregation. The message helped Tara come to terms with Johnny’s passing and a few weeks later she called again to ask me if I would fly up to help her clear the home of all his things as this would help her move on, just like Johnny had asked me to do when we had the healing session. As soon as I got off the plane and onto the tarmac, I could feel the humid waves of Darwin’s hot sticky heat hitting my body. Tara was waiting by the arrivals, yelling my name as she smoked and jumped wildly up and down like an excited little schoolgirl, not noticing the heat at all.

Once back at her home many of her friends and before met us too long the house was filled with laughter, dance and music. Soon though, I began to feelrun down from the draining heat, partying and drinking. I knew Tara wanted to be with all her friends during her grief process, to help her get over Johnny, but I found it all too much as Tara and her intoxicated friends danced wildly around the rooms every single night.

It also did not help that I was in Johnny’s old room. I felt his presence very strongly and kept hearing his voice, talking to me as soon as I got into his old bed. At first I pretended to ignore him, but he was very persistent and would not go away until I promised to tell Tara everything he said, which was very annoying. Every time I would go into the room to sleep I could feel his spirit presence begin to build up in the room again, waiting to give me more orders. He was a nice guy, when he was alive, but his constant talking and still trying to control things when he was dead was really starting to get to me.

Each morning as we sat and had our coffee on the veranda, surrounded by the tropical trees, I would give Tara the latest update on what he had said. At first she was happy as usual to hear he was ok and started to cry but by then end of the week she became annoyed and began to complain that he was being bossy again, just like he was when he was alive. When I told Tara it was time for me to go, she said she understood but made me promise that I wouldcome back again for a visit. Waving goodbye at the airport,my spirit guide, White Feather, told me that I would not see her again for a long time. He was right of course, because she is now living back in her beloved homeland of Africa.

There are two types of energies I have observed. The soul mate relationship and the twin soul. Here are two examples I have to give to help you understand how these energies affect us.

SOULMATE RELATIONSHIP

Soul mates have a different spiritual lineage to you. They come in to help you progress as a soul with your spiritual development. Once you have met your soul mate you usually have a very happy relationship based on trust, unconditional love and companionship. You both will harmonize and balance your energies and this will stimulate your growth as a spiritual being.

Susan and Mark have been married for almost 27 years and love each other deeply. While they are very different from one another, this seems to keep them together as they find it easy to communicate in a loving way, have great respect for each other’s space, know that they are there for each other, and although are often busy with their own interests they take the time to do things together. Their relationship is based on respect, love and honesty and they understand how important it is to give each other the space so that they can still grow. They have also learnt to help each other reach their highest potential and as souls, they are able to explore new and exciting realities. They also make the time to have date nights to keep their relationship exciting.

TWIN SOULS

Twin souls, on the other hand, have a completely different relationship to this vibration. People who are interested in meeting their twin soul should be aware that these types of relationships could be turbulent because of patterns established during previous incarnations, which need to be resolved. Twin soul relationships are generally very difficult as there is too much friction and similarity between the two that causes spiritual growth to stagnate. At the same time, they can also be very healing because working through the conflicts can bring unconditional love, as this relationship is always full of so many lessons.

Isabella was an herbalist who was madly in love with Adam. They shared the same interests and loved each other passionately. Everything was fine except for Adam’s commitment issues. It started off with him not being able to sleep in the same bed as her because of an important job he had to go to the next day. He complained that her energy kept him awake so he couldn’t sleep properly. He also had no interests in her long-term friends or in having children and wanted nothing to do with the work she did but was constantly giving her advice on her business. It would take days to get over their terrible fights as both were so badly wounded that they found it difficult to trust each other. Each time this happened, Isabella became more and more despondent and began to realize that Adam had major issues he either could not or would not discuss with her. Adam, in turn, felt the same way and both of them were left frustrated and angry all the time, not able to make any type of commitment to each other. One minute Isabella would be loving and understanding and then she would withdraw from him and fly off the handle. In the end, because of their differences, they couldn’t live together but also couldn’t live without each other. They both loved each other passionately yet found it really difficult to work through the issues that were continually coming up for them. Unfortunately, they ended up moving away from each other and never saw each other again, until two years later they started up again and still to this day have the same problems.

No matter what way you look at it, in my opinion, twin soul relationships are difficult and can lead to domestic violence and abuse. If you are able to work out your differences and spiritual contracts, good luck. I have been in a twin soul relationship in my younger years and also found it difficult at the time as even though the love I felt was so intense. Most of the time I felt insecure, money went out the window, I was jealous as every single woman, including my close girlfriends, were constantly jumping on my man and it was hell on earth for the long two years we spent together.   The worst thing of all was as energy workers we both ended up being in some competition with myself having to work three jobs to pay all the bills.

One day, we had a moment of clarity, when we just looked at each other and said our life was like a constant climb up a very steep mountain, without safety gear. In the end after a drastic life changing experience, which involved the police, we were finally torn apart, went our own ways and our love for each other was split into a thousand tiny pieces.

Looking back, even though we loved each other dearly, nothing ever worked out in our favor making it just too hard to stay together. It broke my heart as I kept thinking and telling myself I could make it work over time, but the spirit world had other ideas and my intuition, that is never wrong, kept screaming at me a thousand times and kept telling me later I told you so.

Years later I visited an elderly and very wise psychic woman who, with a twinkle in her eye, finally gave me some clarity on my past relationship. I will always remember her face, which looked like a beautiful soft map with so many road lines of experience and it still brings tears of gratitude for the healing and wise words this earth angel gave me so freely.

She explained to me that I had been in a twin soul relationship and was pleased I had walked away. Once this was explained to me, I can’t tell you how relieved I felt as I had realized I did the right thing, even though it had taken years to get over.

These were her wise words  “If your amour isn’t made out of steel, run the other way before you get too involved, as a twin soul will take you down and destroy you.”

Everyday I get asked by people why isn’t their house selling, or the business moving faster along. Try these quick tips and without a doubt you will get a positive result.

1.Clear all the clutter.

When you clear clutter from your home, you are removing negative, blocked energy. This simple procedure will not only bring more balance and harmony in your life but it will help in the sale of home and allow you to move on. Just like spring-cleaning, but on an energetic level, space clearing releases negative energy and encourages positive energy to enter our lives, because often as consumers we collect a lot of things that we truly don’t need that can block the natural flow of energy.

2.Give your homes a good smoke out with some dried gum leaves and sage, which you can burn in an old tin. Once you have done this, room-by-room, it will disperse any negative energy and help any lost souls or spirits move on that may be lost or stuck on the astral. After a while you will feel intuitively the energy in your home feels a lot lighter. Lost souls or spirits can disturb the natural balances of a home and create incredible disturbances, which in turn stops the natural flow of good Chi energy. Family members can get sick, pets will be affected, and it will be impossible to sell or rent the home, as all the natural good energy will be drained.

3.Once you feel satisfied with what you have done, light a candle inside the front door, walk around the space, room by room and talk to your home or space, in a loving compassionate way that you have been grateful for its protection, shelter and love. When you have done this tell the home softly that you are ready to move on and thank it again for the experiences, love and gratitude it gave you, your family, or your clients if this was a business while living there.

CASE STUDY OF A SPIRIT IN THE HOME AND AN INBALANCE OF ENERGY ON THE LAND

Harry

Harry was a client that owned a timber yard, wanted to sell it so he could move to be with his son interstate and was having problems in every aspect of his life. He had split up from his wife, lived too far away from his grown up children and was now experiencing not only problems with money and business but also trouble as well with his neighbors and the local council. When I spoke to him on the phone I could sense he was a non-believer in what I did but was weary and open for change. One of his friends, a woman neighbor had heard about me and the work I done from friends of her, so she insisted he should give me a go as he was at his wits end and tired of struggling all the time.

When I arrived at the five acres of pristine rural property, I listened quietly when Harry told me all his troubles and went on to tell me in his gruff way, that his home was in complete chaos after he decided to block the creek running at the back of his home while major renovations were in progress. This natural stream had been there for as long as anyone could remember and had never been disturbed before. Why he foolishly decided to do this was beyond me. Clearly, his actions did not go unnoticed by all the Elementals and Nature spirits that had been living there forever. It was no wonder his life had changed dramatically and was now a constant struggle with things going inexplicably wrong.

Within days of obstructing the little creek, Greg’s once peaceful home became a war zone with angry neighbors, unreliable workmen and obstructions from the council. He was also having electrical breakdowns, telephone and power circuit disruptions, not to mention blocked pipes and sewerage. The disputes, continuing negative energy and general bad luck had become overwhelming, he said, and was beginning to cost him a fortune. It did not take him long to realize that he was way out of his depth. Everything around him began to seem like a nightmare and his health soon began to suffer from the stress. Greg had called me in as a last resort.

I tuned into the situation and immediately saw the build up of energy that was out of balance in the home and surrounding yard. On entering the home, I also encountered an earth-bound spirit, an elderly man, who had been living in the house since it was built and was upset with the disruption. He said he was unhappy with all the noise and could not understand what was going on in what he still thought was his home.

Once I explained that he needed to go into the light and sent him on his way, I had the nature spirits to contend with next. This was not so simple as the client had to unblock the stream, which took a few days, and I had to say many prayers of love and appreciation to the nature spirits, appearing as tiny little orbs surrounding the creek, to reassure them that the stream would never be harmed again. My spirit guide instructed me to ask for forgiveness from the elders of the land, who were the traditional Aboriginal owners, and to ask for a blessing for my client and his home. As I did, the atmosphere seemed much less frenetic, although Greg reported it took another week or so before everything settled back down to a peaceful state again but he was happy to use a few of the cures that I suggested as well.

About a month later he rang me and said that he had finally found a buyer for the property and was thrilled to finally move onto the next chapter of his life.

How can I be successful and make a difference in the world?

Most successful people in the world have integrity, are driven by love, kindness, inspiration, amazing creativity and absolutely LOVE what they do. They are passionate about their work, their ideas and feel they want to and can make a difference in the world. They would never cheat, lie or behave in a bad way towards others, as they understand the Law of Karma because what goes around comes around.

They also understand how important it is to praise people and not criticize others as just like a flower we all need to be nurtured and watered and bathed in light so we can all grow and reach our highest potential. I also believe it is always a good thing to give back to others or have a charity where you can make a difference in the world for people less fortunate than yourself.

Another good way is to stay positive and focused, no matter what you are going through with worry, never compare yourself to others and remember that things happen for a reason in the general scheme of things. And most importantly walk away from negative people or gossips, as these energies are highly toxic to the soul and on another vibration and learning their own lessons, in their own way.

After completing the job of Spirit Rescue in my client’s home or space, I will always with my assistant, Bill the dowser, smoke the home with dried gum leaves and sage to restore any imbalance with the energies in the home. Once we have done this if there are any lost souls hiding in between dimensions they will literally pop out where they are detected and sent off immediately. If you can imagine a person’s aura when there has been ill health or sickness, a home or space is the same.

In most cases though people that ring me to come and help them know for a fact they have something in their house of a Supernatural nature and are usually very keen and grateful for me to come as soon as possible. I usually tell them to smoke the home with sage or gum leaves for seven days before I get there so it is easier for me to do the spirit rescue, as this process numbs the unwanted spirit and makes it sick. Sometimes if they are lucky the spirit will go on its own accord after the sagging but if not they have to wait for me to come to convince the spirit it is not welcome, it is dead and needs to cross over to the spirit world where loved ones are waiting for them.

In some cases I have come across in homes and offices, there may also occur etheric (outer layer of the dimensional structure of the energy of the room) damage or some type of tear or rip in the natural energy of the space or room, where the lost soul has been residing, creating unnecessary vortex’s. If this is the case it is usually necessary to do a healing on the room, to close the open vortexes down because the lost souls will use this as a gateway to come and go to the two dimensions, the spirit world and ours. If this is not closed down, the lost soul will keep coming back. In the case of several earth bound spirits in a space there will always be damage so this procedure is always used. Why this happens is when you have several earth bound spirits hanging around their will always be a natural disturbance to the natural energy. If the client does not live local I quite often will remove the lost souls over the phone on load speaker and give instructions afterwards to clear up any debris or negative energy still lingering in the space. I do this often with clients or real-estate agents in other states if they cannot get a sale or rent with great success.

CASE STUDY – TOM & JEFF

Tom and Jeff owned an older building in the city that was used for their garden business. From the moment they moved in they had ongoing problems and were convinced their building was unlucky. No matter how hard they tried to get their business going nothing worked, which was unusual as the business was profitable before they moved to the new building. After they spent a great lot of money on hiring a Feng Sui specialist from China, everything seemed to go well for a while, but within a year the business went down again and nothing they did seemed to help to improve the energy. In the end they put the business on the market and called me as a last resort to try and get the business to sell. Once there I could not help but notice all the little artifacts the specialist had put around the place to bring in better chi Without being disrespectful to the master Feng Sui expert, this put a little smile on my face as obviously this had not made any difference in this case and it made me sad to think how much money they had spent. Finally going down to the basement of the building I found out the real reason why nothing was working for the two men. Huddled together in a tiny cupboard in wall were five wretched lost souls or spirits that had been burnt and killed in a terrible fire that had destroyed the building, many years ago. For some reason they had not passed over to the spirit world and were trapped and terrified in a time warp. The building in its heyday was a boarding home and a terrible fire had destroyed everything and burnt it to the ground.  Overcome with emotion, I started to cry; as I could feel the pain and sadness these poor souls had suffered. Once I got myself together again, I said the Lord’s Prayer, told the lost souls it was safe for them to leave and within minutes they were all gone. Immediately the energy in the room changed and when I asked Tom, who just stood watching me with a horrified look on his face, if there had been a fire in the building he told me I was correct and just nodded. Apparently, according to the history of the place, there had been one many years ago, many people had died and the building had been re-built. Within two weeks of the spirit rescue, Tom and Jeff’s building sold for the exact money they had hoped for.

FACTS FROM THE SPIRIT WORLD THAT WE NEED TO KNOW

Through my own experience and many years of working in the spirit realm, the earth bound spirit (or lost soul) living our dimension, (not living spirits that are visiting and connected to our love) also needs our energy to survive and function and will often what I call, suck our energy dry, that is why people often complain they feel tired or sick all the time when they stay for too long in a certain room where there is an earth bound spirit.

These unwelcomed and confused spirits often also affect pets, children and the family will suffer most likely from continual unwellness and cold and flues.  Quite often work is affected with renovations there will be delays, if the home is up for sale it will be impossible to rent or sell and believe it or not people will often complain that their business will go down in some way and it is when there is evidence of an earth bound spirit. If people only listened to their own feelings of things not feeling right, gave their place a good sage and later enlisted the help of a good medium that can do the work, things will almost automatically return to normal. I can’t remember how many people that have thanked me once I have cleared their home and they have been able to get on with their lives. This will always without a doubt make life tough which makes life tough and everything is on hold, as if you are living in a time warp. My clients are always grateful for this extra bit of information and usually cannot wait to get things going again in their lives, which have usually been because of the blocked and fractured energy, on hold.

The aura is a subtle energy that surrounds all living things and inanimate objects as well. It is often described as being like a subtle electrical or magnetic energy that radiates from human beings, animals, plants, stones, machines, buildings, household objects and anything else that you can think of. Everyone can learn to see auras. It just takes patience and practice. With time, you will be able to see the many beautiful colours that radiate from the body, and if you are even keener, you can see the outline of your guides or guardian angels. Auras can vary in texture, size, quality, feel and colour in relation to the vibrational nature of each individual. We all have a basic vibrational rate that fluctuates from moment to moment as we change and develop. The size of the aura depends on the person’s state of health, energy levels, moods, thought patterns and underlying spiritual purpose.

When there is no aura the spirit is usually ready to leave the body

Remember with and open mind and heart, the pathway of discovery is always opened for the student who works with love and light…we must always have permission from the client or the client’s Higher Self before commencing any work.

EXERCISE

Stand client against a white wall not too brightly lit.

Scan auric field and notice qualities and characteristics, eg size shape and strength

Next ask the client to slowly count to 40 (hopefully with a happy feeling) this expands the aura

Now look for the outer white energy around the outside of the body. It will look fuzzy at first, but with practise on lowering the eyes as if you are looking down, it will become easy.

When you can see this, continue breathing slowly and feel yourself tuning into their energy.

When you have done this you will see flashes of colour.

Work around the head first, then continue going down to the shoulders and lower body.

Ask them to think of a happy thought to increase their energy size as they breathe in and out.

To decrease the energy field ask them to think of a sad event and this will almost make the aura disappear.

Often you will “see” the outline of their guide or guides standing next to them.

My guide stands on my left side, but for others this may be different.

The more you practise, the more you will see.

Good Evening and welcome dear friends, it is good that you are here tonight with us.  We welcome you dear friends.  It’s good see we have everyone here, except for the Chinese girl… she’ll be back, she’ll be back.   I’ll give her a poke tonight while she is sleeping in her bed or whatever she is doing.  There will be a new member coming into the group, it will be a woman, she’ll work well with you.  We’llsort her out.   She is a natural medium as well.  There is many changes in the year for everyone.  I see much success and I understand your patience was very thin last year.  This year everyone will move ahead.  You have much more balance, harmony and peace in the world and many changes that are bring in more peace.   Have patience with yourself and others my dears as sometimes you run yourself ragged with worry.  All will come, all will come have patience and do not fear.

In this lesson we’ll be working with all your charkas and aligning them.  We will also be opening you up to another vibration.

We are glad that you like the crystal energy that we have brought in that matrix as well.    The girl that came will not be coming again.  She came to reconnect you into the matrix crystal line energy, which is very good for all your vibrations taking us all to a new awareness so all is good.  Sometimes we use these people as messengers for the work to come in and line up the matrix.  Do you understand?   This is a time for you all to manifest, you breath the energy in and bring it down through your crown charka and have a picture of what you want in your mind, you speak your affirmation and you have the emotional happiness of feeling with you as you do this, do you understand.  You’ll be able to manifest quickly in is crystal line matrix and this will be lasting for another 4 weeks or so, then it will dull.  So now’s the time to be the artist and do your own lifestyle show.  I am sorry if I’m speaking in riddles but it is a message that I need to portray to you tonight.

Tonight’s Johnny and the kids were spinning the table.   We saw some crystal lights under the table and a few family members came with messages.

When I mentioned this she said she had always felt sick most days, but had the usual medical tests done and no one could find anything wrong. She had also visited a counsellor but this hadn’t helped either. She complained her life was a mess as she was unable to do the things she wanted as she had very little energy. She also found it impossible to have another relationship since she broke up with her old boyfriend over 10 years ago. They had been going to marry but she called off the relationship after they became engaged as he was too bossy and controlling and she was beginning to become scared of him.

After the break-up, her love life became non-existent as she somehow seemed to repel any available suitors that may have been interested in her and it ended in tears. She started to cry, saying that she felt trapped and was becoming more and more fearful of everything in her life as her dreams were all disappearing. All her friends had since moved on as they found her behaviour rather odd and trying at times, and had little time for her complaints. Her once-vibrant personality had evaporated over the years and no one, including her family, could understand why. Every time she tried to do something with her life it would always backfire, leaving her more angry, fearful and depressed.

She said she fretted over her dismal existence and felt like a mouse trapped in a spinning wheel that went round and round. Her career told a similar story. She was a successful photographer, but as soon as she tried to get work overseas, something terrible would happen out of the blue and her plans would go wrong, making it impossible for her to move forward. Any attempts to create her own company, which was her longstanding dream, never reached fruition because all attempts to get it going just seemed to fall to pieces. Fed up and thinking there was more to the story she decided to come to see me and find out if I could help her. Tuning into the dark mass around her head, I could sense the presence of a man. As I described him to her, she told me it sounded exactly like her old fiancé right down to his personality and appearance. His energy seemed to be all around her and was very easy to detect, as it was so controlling and angry.

When I told her this she said she was not surprised, as she would unwittingly think about him or his family every day. Even though he had moved on and married, she had strange dreams about him nearly every night. The other odd thing that also worried her was that every time she flew into Darwin, where they once lived, she would always bump into one of his cousins or relatives at the airport, which seemed beyond a coincidence. This started to freak her out and she became even more paranoid, remembering the terrible threats he had made when she broke off their engagement. She went on to tell me tearfully that his whole family, from overseas had turned on her after the break-up, and even though she moved to another state, her past energy always followed her and she still felt connected to them no matter what she did or thought. Even though it was more than 10 years since the breakup, she still felt like she was being chased by shadows and living in fear of her life.

I reassured her that all would be well and slowly began to regress her into a meditative state, using my voice and crystal singing bowl. As I did this I cut the karmic cords, old spiritual contracts and ties from her energy field, the boyfriend and the families involved. Any negative residual energy from the chakras and energy points connecting her to their energy was cleared and healed and sent into the light of consciousness for healing and transmutation. This was to enable Jeanne-Marie, and her ex-boyfriend and his family, to move forward with their lives. When the healing was complete, which took about 45 minutes, she appeared more relaxed and at ease within herself. I could see just by looking at her there was a shift in her energy, as she glowed and radiated the new energy that surrounded her like a golden ball. When she was fully back into her body and seemed to be more aware, we spoke about her living arrangements as I felt a disturbing energy there as well. She told me that she still wore old jewellery she had received from her former boyfriend and had gifts from him stored in boxes under her bed. When she mentioned this, I nearly fell off my chair, as I knew intuitively that this was how she was being manipulated and attacked all the time.

It is not uncommon for pieces of jewellery to be used by the person who is sending the negative energy and can be used in psychic attack. Psychic attack is defined as the manipulation of supernatural energies and forces. I had no doubt this was one factor causing her problems. Dark or negative forces or vibrations are sent from one individual to another, causing disturbances in the energetic and physical bodies of the person or place.

When I explained this to her she said it all seemed to make sense as she remembered his mother, who had never liked her, was interested in different types of Magic of a dark kind and had often spoke in the past of mysterious things she used to get up to with her strange friends.

Jeanne-Marie promised me she would get rid of the offending items right away. I mentioned she could just sage them at the same time as her apartment, but she insisted that she would rather get rid of them as they only reminded her of her painful past.

The funny thing is she could not believe why she had not followed her natural instincts in the first place as she instinctively felt what I told her was true. If people started to trust their own feelings, intuition and senses spirit has given them, they would be on their way to empowerment and not fall prey to the games and madness people play for their own amusement.

Meditation is a very important tool to help us on our spiritual path and in our everyday life. It should be an integral part of our journey as it is such a wonderful tool for self-discovery, well being and general health. As we go deep within we are able to open to our own inner awareness, get a stronger sense of who we are as an eternal soul and we are also able to access various levels of consciousness that are available to us freely, on a metaphysical level.

As you begin to take charge of your life and mediate on a daily basis, you begin to realise what an important tool it really is. Not only will you look and feel a lot better and have more energy, you will also begin to wonder exactly how you ever coped without if before. You will not only have more clarity and perception, you will be able to focus a whole lot better with everything in your life as it pulls in all our energies and helps align us with our chakras. By going within, we are given all the information and guidance we ever need to know. Twenty minutes of meditation is also worth four hours sleep on the theta level, which is important in the busy, and chaotic stressful world we live in.

Meditation also connects us to our higher self, which is our soul energy. With constant daily practise, we are able to also make a connection to our own beloved guides and various spirit helpers that are here to assist us in spirit and help us on our lives journey.  Most successful people in the world meditate and are able to focus and achieve their desired outcomes. By going within we are able to manifest and create our own loving reality.

WHO ARE OUR SPIRIT HELPERS?

Our guides or spirit helpers are from the source and once we gave made the spiritual connection with them they teach us what we need to know and help and work with us us complete our spiritual contracts that we have made on the other side before we came to earth. This in turn helps us on our own spiritual path and journey and assists with the growth as an eternal soul.

In spirituality, we are taught and learn who our main guide is. We usually find that it is always a loving being that has come in from birth and leaves when we die and leave the earth’s plane. As the bond and love connection is so strong, once we make the connection, we will often find that we may have also shared a past life with this enlightened being.  Our main guide or gatekeeper, who is always extremely loving and caring, can also be a relative, friend or someone that has passed over to the spirit world and living in spirit. There are never any coincidences in spirit as everything is already pre-ordained before we reach earth.

Over time, as we slowly begin to trust and build a solid rapport and contract with with our main guide, we are protected from unnecessary and inappropriate energies, when we are consciously doing our designated work. Our gatekeeper stays with us throughout our lives and protects our soul, until we pass over to spirit and then we are not only joined again with our protector, but also our own entire also soul group.

CASE STUDY

Katy was born a natural psychic, like many of the souls being born today and her gift came to her at an early age. Her own gatekeeper or guide came to her long before she began her work as a medium and often talked to her as far back as her could remember in her mind and often in her dreams. She was a very sensitive and solitary child and often played with her imagery friends (spirit guides), who were always there for her, as other children found her rather odd and she was often left alone to her own devices.    It did not take her long to quickly learn not to say anything about what she was experiencing in her own world and how she saw it, as she was always told she was just making it up and that she had an incredible imagination.

Finally after joining the spiritualist church at seventeen, she was able to meet with like-minded people who gave her the confidence to be herself.  They also had similar experiences so it was safe to open up and share everything that was happening in her life.

Once there she was taught to meditate and learnt how to go into a light trance to meet her spirit helpers. With constant work and practise she became quite proficient and knew all her guides on a name basis quite well.  Before this she always knew she was never alone and had an inner guidance but had no idea who she was talking to.  By spending time and energy on her natural abilities, her whole world gradually changed to a better prospective, as she was not only introduced to her own gatekeeper, but other various guides that wanted to work and teach her things as well.

One day, while meditating, she was taken aback when she heard a loud voice call out telling her to get a pen and paper and to draw American Indian, with great white feathers in his head. Once she had done this she was told in not so many words that this was no ordinary Indian, but a great white chief called White Feather, who was her own loving guide. The spirit went on to tell her that they had been in past life together and that she was his beloved son. As she heard this, she began to feel a very deep love connection from deep with, and her eyes filled with tears of happiness, as the connection was so strong.

The more you work on your own lessons and issues, the more you are connected to your own higher self, which can be an all empowering experience.

Do not be afraid about letting go of the need for attachment to the ego.

Surrendering is not about losing self-empowerment. It is about gaining self-empowerment and it involves trust.

When you remove the needs of the ego and allow your true destiny in, through the will of the soul, to guide you through life, life itself becomes a rewarding journey…

 CREATING A SACRED SPACE TO MEET YOUR GUIDE

Creating a sacred space in your home or in nature would be ideal for meditation. It is a space which you can call your own, where you feel safe and secure and where no one can interrupt you. If you make an effort to meditate at the same time every day you will get better results as you are making a commitment and date with your own loving guide and your link will be stronger

CREATING AN ALTER.

Find a small table or bench in your home. Now decorate it with fresh flowers, pictures, statues, crystals, rocks, shell, feathers icons, incense burner, candles or whatever suits you’re fancy. Now ask your guide and spirit helpers to join you as you create this special beautiful work of art. Working with incense or essential oils will create a special ambience as well.

CREATING A SACRED SPACE IN NATURE

This is an ideal place to connect to the divine source and to help you go within. It can be in the bush, beach or just in a beautiful garden full of flowers and trees. By working in nature we can also get help from the elemental kingdom, which are tiny nature spirits that have been with us on earth since the beginning of time. There are four elemental types and these include.

The undines – beautiful water spirits, graceful little creatures that live around rocky pools, winged beings called fairies.

The air spirits called Sylphs- butterflies, beetles, and winged creatures. These   are tiny spirits full of ideas and inspiration.

The salamanders – fire sprites e.g. fire flies.

The earth spirits – gnomes, goblins elves and pixies.

Once we are able to utilise our own sacred space we can just simply connect to the source, by surrounding ourselves with white light, saying a small prayer, and then closing our eyes and opening up to the energies around us and within.

MEDITATION BY THE SEA

Find a quiet and lovely place by the sea

Sit or lie on the sand, with your eyes closed in a comfortable position      

Now connect with your breath, breathing in tree times. In through your nose and out through your mouth, until you reach a steady pace.

As you continue to breath, surrender of any old attachments, negativity, or bad feelings you may be carrying in your mind and body.     

Now, open yourself to everything in nature and begin to feel all your senses awakening.  

As you do this, listen, taste and feel everything around you, i.e. the sounds, the smells, feel the warm sun caressing and penetrating your skin. –        

 Smell and taste the salt spray from the water in your mouth, as it rushes up the sand and washes and rushes back again into the ocean.

As you do this you now begin to deeply relax, no cares, no worries, just simply letting go in mind, body and spirit.   

Now feel your heart chakra expanding as you breathe gently, in and out.     

It as if everything in nature is healing you, soothing you, helping you to relax, and taking you deeper and deeper into a deep relaxing state.

Continue doing this, as you now feel the essence of universal love and warmth filling your entire body into every particle of your being deep into your DNA, with pure, unconditional love. 

When you feel you are finally full with enough love for the day, come back and open your eyes.

Don’t be surprised when you see the world that you once knew now change into a place of wondrous beauty.
